Bookings and Cancellations

To book a consultation, you must complete our booking form and receive confirmation from us. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to charges
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring advance payment for future bookings

Payment Terms
